Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Full Stack Developer to join our creative department.

The successful candidate will assist the development team in building a wide variety of digital projects, from small micro-sites and large web applications through to email builds and mobile apps. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning agency, utilise and expand your development skills.

Skills required:

  • An eye for excellent design and the ability to understand grids, layout and typography concepts
  • Confident with Adobe Software Suite and the ability to use Photoshop to a high standard
  • Ability to code valid HTML5, CSS, Javascript and/or JQuery to a high standard
  • Full knowledge of back-end technologies and PHP Content Management Systems. (WordPress, Drupal)
  • Strong understanding of Git-based source control
  • Experience in using Sass & Grunt.js
  • Experience working with MySQL or SQL Server
  • Experience working with web services (REST & SOAP)
  • Knowledge or understanding of server configurations
  • Knowledge and experience of object-orientated programming and MVC.
  • Basic Web server maintenance.

It would also be advantageous if you can demonstrate skills in the following:

  • Experience with developing for Umbraco
  • Experience with developing for Magneto, Joomla
  • Experience in app development

The role will include:

  • Front End Development tasks. (HTML, CSS/Sass, Javascript/JQuery)
  • Implementing designs and functionality into Content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, Umbraco, Magento)
  • Building custom applications and web services
  • Supporting Junior developers

PPC Executive

We’re looking to recruit a PPC Executive to support the growing PPC team in delivering best practice across a variety of industries.

Summary of the role

The primary focus of the role is to run PPC accounts to budget, deliver account development and maintenance tasks in line with the development plan in order to deliver exemplary PPC best practice in multiple markets and across the major search engines.

Additionally, the successful candidate will provide recommendations on improving campaign and account performance, making suggestions and recommendations, identifying problems and opportunities, and taking ownership of some smaller accounts.

Summary of the primary duties and responsibilities

The PPC Executive will perform day-to-day duties with the support of the PPC Manager, including;

  • Account optimisation
  • Landing page tests
  • Keyword research
  • Ad copy creation
  • Maintaining campaign negatives
  • Campaign/account budget management
  • RLSA implementation and optimisation
  • Implementation of new extensions/products
  • Adhering to compliance and process across multiple accounts
  • Paid social media optimisation

Desired skills and experience

  • A minimum of 6 months paid search experience
  • Paid Social media optimisation (desirable)
  • Experience at agency level (not essential)
  • Able to work comfortably within excel
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Comfortable as a self-starter or working to a brief
  • An implementer and delivery focused
  • Experience working within Atlas, DC Storm, Google Analytics and other reporting software platforms (not essential)
  • AdWords Accreditations (not essential)

Media Executive

The media executive is a key member of the team who will be involved in client campaigns from day one.  You will assist in day to day duties within the media team and be point of contact for clients. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for their first agency job, looking for more experience and the opportunity to develop in their current role.

The role is not limited to, but will entail:

  • Planning/ researching online and offline media campaigns
  • Production of media schedules and recommendations
  • Producing client campaign reports
  • Optimising campaigns based on KPIs
  • Briefing media owners
  • Experience in media booking or invoicing systems
  • General campaign admin
  • Client facing
  • Rate negotiation
  • Media research tools

Desired skills and experience:

  • A basic understanding of the main disciplines within the online/offline industry including planning, buying and reporting
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Working to deadlines
  • Proficient in Excel & Powerpoint
