Gillian Ball has been appointed to the new post of
Head of Digital Client Services by
Brass
She has been with the company for seven years and was previously an Account Director with the agency handling digital business.
Reporting to Board Director Paul Mallett, she will be responsible for the coordination of the agency's digital business handled from its Leeds and London offices and part of her duties will be to manage and develop the Brass team to provide the highest standards of service to its clients. These include social media campaigns for United Biscuits (McVities) and a number of GlaxoSmithKline consumer brands such as Ribena, Horlicks, Beechams and Day and Night Nurse products.
Commenting on the appointment, Paul Mallett, board director at Brass said, "Digital marketing assignments continue to grow significantly for the agency which demand top class client servicing in order to handle our existing client portfolio and to win new business. Gillian has proved she has all the qualities and experience to deliver the strategic and team working inputs this role requires."
