Brass has appointed Joanna Crossfield as Online Community Manager to work at the Brass
London office
She will work on the Dixons Store Group account which Brass won last autumn and involves the management of over 10,000 community members with whom Brass engage over a range of research issues such as new product and campaign development and online focus groups for the Dixons, Currys and PC World brands.

Joanna, who has a First in Politics from Goldsmiths, University of London, joins Brass following research posts with ICM and Vision Critical.
Commenting on the appointment Robin Horsfield, managing partner at Brass said: "Joanna joins our London office team at an exciting time for Brass as we grow our team and pioneer new online community research opportunities."
