Brass has been shortlisted for a prestigious
Market Research Society Award for its work on the Royal Mail Opinion Forum.
The forum, which was developed and built in-house by Brass'
market research and planning and
digital specialists, aimed to create an online community with a difference and draws on the tools synonymous with social media to enable business customers to share their feedback in an open and discursive way.
The Opinion Forum has been nominated not only for demonstrating an innovative approach to B2B research but also for its effective application and clear demonstrable outcomes for the Royal Mail.
