Brass look forward to hosting events at this year's
Social Media Week
Social Media Week takes place in nine cities across the globe from Monday 7th Feb. Doors will open to dozens of workshops and talks across London, and Brass will be there, hosting two exciting events.
Brass Managing Partner, Paul Mallett, will be down on
Ribena Farm in Soho on Friday 11th Feb at 10am. We'll be sharing our experiences of developing multi-platform on-and-offline social media activity for Ribena and discussing the challenges of communicating as an iconic and well-loved British brand.
Want to find out more? See more details about the event and
register your attendance.
We'll also be discussing the future of social media and banking at a round-table debate organised by Deborah Copeland, our Head of
Online PR, on behalf of first direct.
Featuring a wide range of social media and financial experts, including guests from first direct, HSBC, MSN Money and finextra, the session will explore the impact of social media on the banking industry. Although this is a closed session, we'll be bringing you video footage after the event - so watch this space!

To top it off, we have created a
Twitter Influence Leaderboard that will monitor Twitter activity around the hashtag #SMWLDN, displaying live updates on the most influential tweeters and the top tweets.
Find out how we've calculated 'influence' and let us know what you think. Have we got it right? What do you think defines influence? Join in the online debate over on the
Brass blog and on Twitter
@brassagency.
The Twitter Influence Leaderboard concept was created by the
Connect team at Brass and developed by the
Invent team.
