Fresh creative gives North America Travel Service 420 pages of pure luxury

Campaign summary

North America Travel Service (NATS) is an independent tour operator providing luxury, tailored holidays to the USA, Canada and the Caribbean. We have worked with the company for over 20 years on all their marketing collateral - targeting the affluent, independently-minded traveller through digital, direct marketing, advertising and brochures and supporting their six high street outlets with point of sale.

The approach

With just three months to deliver 420 pages of content, we harnessed all our sector and specific client knowledge to develop a route that could move the creative direction and styling in-line with their evolving business.

We developed an illustrative concept to give the brochure suite a distinctive new look with silver foil blocking on the brand logo to achieve design stand out. Combined with the use of a heavy-matt paper stock, we created a contemporary design and feel which oozes luxury and elegance.

On a practical level we merged their Las Vegas and Hawaii content into their main America brochure creating a 236 page brochure, their biggest yet. We also produced a 68 page Canada brochure and a 116 page brochure for their mid-market sister brand, Key to America.

The result

We're pleased to say North America Travel Service was delighted with the solution we delivered. The elegant suite of brochures was a perfect reflection of their brand positioning, showcasing luxury products, strong customer service and a specialist destination knowledge which is unique in the marketplace. Customers evidently liked the brochures too, for despite the recession, the company saw an 18% increase in sales year on year.
