Working as the marketing agency for luxury travel provider, North America Travel Service for over 20 years, we were tasked with updating the brand's website. Key to this was improving the customer experience online whilst transferring this onto a robust platform where content could be easily managed in the future.
Taking inspiration from leading travel and destination sites, and combining this with the rich assets from the existing brochures, Brass designed a new look and feel for the mobile optimised website.
Coupled with improved search functionality to deliver a significant increase in customer page visits and browse time.
